La Contea uses its own source of particularly effective and beneficial thermal water, coming from the Lessini Mountains in the Pre-Alps.
The waters flow underground to a depth of 2000-3000 meters and, over the course of a few decades, travel for around 80 kilometres, enriched with mineral salts, until they reach the Terme Euganee establishments, where they flow at temperatures above 80°C.
