Hydrokinesitherapy and rehabilitation in thermal water
Hydrokinesiotherapy, taking advantage of the physical and chemical properties of thermal water, aims to treat movement disorders.
Therapy in a thermal environment combines the curative action of water with exercise, which is comfortable and safe without the need to know how to swim. Thanks to immersion in the pool, the weight of the body lightened by almost 90% is able to perform rehabilitation exercises with less effort, achieving excellent therapeutic results in a short time.
The water temperature, which ranges from 34°C to 36°C, plays a positive role on the muscles, joints and nervous system.
Pool therapy relaxes and blends the beneficial effects of hot thermal water with those of exercise, promoting a general well-being of the body.
